Steel Expansion Joints

These are 8 of the many joints designed and manufactured by us for water pumping station in Saudi Arabia. The maintenance staff at the pumping station  was fed up of leaking rubber expansion joints and were looking for a long term solution but were afraid that stainless steel  joints will cost too much. But to their surprise our design department came out with a very cost competitive solution in stainless steel bellows expansion joints working at a high pressure of 40 bar(g) ranging in size from DN350 (14″ NB) to DN250 (10″ NB) and having a flexibility which is at par with that of the rubber expansion joints.

All products are built using the latest CAD techniques, simulating form, function and installation prior to manufacturing. The steel joints can withstand the stresses faced during downstream operation. With above-average durability, the joints ensure trouble-free operation. These can be used in a range of application including industrial equipment construction, pipeline construction and mechanical engineering.

Key features of steel expansion joints are Compensate motion, Reduced tension, Damp vibration and Noise transmissions and compensate inaccurate assembly.

And above all the contact parts of the joints are in stainless steel making it a very hygienic joint for potable water making the water free from contamination by rubber
